How do I become

unix plan. You will then get the freedom to add unix accounts when
you want to, windows accounts are ordered and charged separately. |

What is a Master
Reseller Account?
A Master Reseller Account is the first domain set up for your reseller
package. This domain name will be part of your FREE DNS. If your first
domain is yourweb.com, your DNS would be dns.yourweb.com and dns2.yourweb.com. |

What hosting
plans can I set up?
Bulk Resellers are not limited to predefined packages, you may define
parameters such as the data storage, transfer limits and can even
assign an ip to your new account during the account creation process.
Windows plans are setup and billed separately at pay per plan pricing. |

What is the
difference between potentially and actually used services?
There is no charge for Potential overages of storage or transfer,
bulk resellers are billed only for what is Actually used. We do not
put limits on system resources, bulk resellers determine what parameters
an account may have and can monitor real time utilization of their
clients. |

Do resold bulk hosting
accounts have dedicated IP's?
Bulk Hosting represents the greatest discount for web hosting. IP's
may be purchased separately.

Why would somebody want a dedicated IP?
Several reasons to want a dedicated IP are:
- Search Engines may favor ip based
domains during ranking
- If you need a digital certificate
for a domain, https://yourdomain.com
- You may publish to the ip immediately
after the account is created.
Publishing to accounts
created without an ip is not possible until your domain name
registrar has pointed the domain at our servers, this may be 24-72
hrs.

How does a
reseller create unix accounts?
We provide an easy to use interface called web host manager. This
tool is a user friendly software interface that creates and manipulates
unix accounts. It also allows you to upgrade/downgrade accounts and
monitor their storage capacity use and bandwidth transfer. You set
up unix accounts using our web host manager without contacting us,
windows accounts are ordered separately. |

Who provides tech support
to my clients?
Resellers are responsible for providing support to their clients.
If you are unable to answer a question we will help you directly.

Who bills my
clients?
Resellers are responsible for billing their clients. Casahosting will
bill you, and therefore we remain completely anonymous. |

Who is responsible
for domain name creation or transfers?
Resellers may purchase a domain from us or contact their registrar
to update and or transfer dns settings. Resellers are responsible
for all of their clients domain name activities. |

Can I change
from pay per plan to bulk reselling?
Yes, many resellers start as pay per plan clients and switch to bulk
reselling. Your custom dns stays the same, if you move from pay per
plan reselling to bulk you will need to purchase additional ips to
support your exisitng account transfers. For those pay per plan resellers
that wish to convert to bulk reselling and do not wish to pay for
the additional ips your child accounts will need to be recreated. |
