This notice is to inform you that CasaHosting has been acquired by DigitalEffex, LLC, a rapidly growing web hosting and web design firm that operates several web hosting businesses. Our first priority following the closing of this deal is to ensure that all of our newly acquired clients have access to the absolute best service and support possible, which begins with having a robust, reliable and secure infrastructure in place. In order to achieve this objective, we will immediately kick-off a process to migrate all CasaHosting clients to a new environment equipped with new, powerful servers and a very secure and robust network. Although no provider can guarantee 100% uptime, we strongly believe this move will dramatically improve the overall reliability of your service.

We will perform the migration in stages beginning late Monday evening, September 24th, when traffic is minimal, such to minimize any potential downtime although we do not anticipate any problems. Your website and e-mail, as well as any other settings, such as reseller accounts, databases, forwards, domain aliases, etc., will be replicated on the new servers exactly as you have them set-up currently. Please also note that this migration will not impact your cPanel Control Panel or your Ubersmith Billing Control Panel, both of which will remain in place. We expect this transition to be seamless, and there is nothing that you are required to do in order to complete the process.
