Shared Hosting accounts may take
up to 24 hrs and Dedicated Servers may take up to 5 business
days after the order is received to setup and configure.
It is our practice to receive payment and any required confirmation
of orders prior to initiation of the setup process. |

All billing will be performed as recurring payments, including
credit card and paypal. We request that you keep your account
information current including: email address, credit card,
and phone numbers.

You may login to your account
to view invoices past, present, and future. Inside your account
you may also update your credit card information, email address
of record, phone number and more. |

If you are unable to login to
our billing system please click the link 'forgot
your password', input your email address and your
login information will be sent. If you have changed this email
address and need a manual account update please email billing@casahosting.com
include your domain name, username, password, last 4 digits
of the credit card of record, your old email address, and your
new contact email address. |

You may request modifications
to your account including upgrade, downgrade, extra services,
digital certificates, programming and more by sending an email
to billing@casahosting.com,
please include domain, user, password and detailed instructions
as to what you desire.

| Recurring Billing Suspension
and Termination |

It is our practice to bill monthly,
quarterly, or annually for services based on the type of service
chosen. It is the responsibility of the client to maintain payments
in a timely fashion, this includes updating your email address
of record and credit card information. |

Suspension may occur
without notice in the event attempted contacts fail to bring
resolution to any delinquent or past due accounts. If your service
has become suspended we ask you please login to your account,
update your credit card, and then notify us of this action.
For paypal users, please complete your transaction through paypal
and notify us of this action.

All billing will recur monthly
on the recurring date unless we are otherwise notified by yourself
of termination of contract. Termination of dedicated servers
must be received as fax including a copy of your drivers license,
the master ip of your server, and the root password. The notice
of termination must be made no later than 5 business days prior
to the monthly recurring date. Fax notification may be sent
to 305.947.1377, and must be confirmed by email from yourself
to billing@casahosting.com. |
